ICM Hot Sauce

Description

The ICM Hot Sauce has just enough kick without sacrificing flavor.  Great with grilled cheese, eggs, french fries, chaomian, pizza, tofu – anywhere hot sauce should be applied.

Ingredients

1. Red Bell Pepper

2. Distilled Vinegar

3. Onions

4. Pure Cane Sugar

5. Brown Sugar (Cane sugar + Molasses)

6. Red Habanero Pepper Mash (Red habanero peppers, salt)

7. Jolokia Pepper Mash (Bhut Jolokia peppers, salt)

8. Yellow Scotch Bonnet Pepper Mash (Yellow Scotch Bonnet peppers, salt)

9. Lemon Juice from concentrate

10. Garlic (Garlic, water, citric acid)

11. Ginger Puree (Ginger root and citric acid)

12. Xanthan Gum (thickener/stabilizer)
